20 Sweet Ways to Share Sorority Valentine Sugar

Be Sorority Sweet onValentine's Day!

Valentine's Day isn't just for couples. Share some SUGAR with your sisters and make their day extra sweet.

♥ Deliver chocolate dipped fruit and card to a sister who really inspired you this year and tell her how much she means to you.

♥ Serve breakfast in bed to your roommate or big/little. Include a mason jar filled with Valentine candy and fresh flowers on her breakfast tray.

♥ Surprise your chapter president, advisor, or house mom with a Valentine's Tree made from branches arranged in a cute container. Tie colorful paper hearts with messages written by sorority sisters onto the branches with ribbon or twine.

Fill a Valentine gift basket for another chapter (or an individual) on campus who's going through a difficult time. Sign it “from your guardian angels.”

♥ Deliver cookies or candy to a sister who just had a bad break-up and could use the love.

Paint wood XOXO letters in your sorority colors and give them to your big/little. Then take your family out for ice cream sundaes.

Surprise your big/little by filling her room with pink and red helium balloons. Attach paper hearts or cute Valentine's cards to each string.

♥ Secretly deliver gourmet coffee and Valentine donuts to your favorite fraternities, greek life office, or panhellenic council. Include a card that says, "from your secret admirers."

Plan a chapter Valentine Popcorn Making Party. Mix a big batch of popcorn, butter, mini marshmallows, Valentine's M&Ms, mini pretzels, red sprinkles and confetti heart sprinkles together for a delicious treat.

♥ Secretly tape Valentine messages and heart garlands to all your sister’s doors.

♥ Create a fun scavenger hunt for your big/little to find her Valentine’s gift. Spoil her with a set of three painted mason jars each filled with a different bath & beauty treat. For example, fill one with small nail polish bottles, one with little lip glosses and one with fizzy bath salts.

♥ Host a chapter open house style Manicure Bar one afternoon before Valentine's Day. Provide a variety of tools and nail polishes for DIY manicures. Include sparkling cider and finger sandwiches.

Surprise your e-board with tray of Valentine decorated caramel apples and a note of gratitude from the chapter.

♥ Host a "Single Ladies Night” sisterhood social with mocktails, ice cream, popcorn and a favorite chic flick. Play a Romantic Movies trivia game.

♥ Make individual heart shaped pizzas with your sisters.

Treat your big/little to a Valentine’s Day pedicure, spa facial, blow-out at the blow-out bar, or cosmetic counter make-up application.

♥ Create a Sisterhood Heart on a wall in your chapter room. Provide red or pink sticky notes and a sharpie. Ask each sister to write one thing she loves about your sorority on a sticky note, then assemble the notes into the shape of a giant heart.

At a chapter meeting before Valentine's Day, ask each sister to share the title of her favorite romantic book or her favorite romantic movie. Include a brief "why" if you have time.

♥ Schedule a Sugary Treats Night with your sisters. Make chocolate dipped pretzels, chocolate dipped strawberries, chocolate dipped rice crispy treats, chocolate dipped Oreo pops, chocolate dipped marshmallow pops, Valentine cupcakes, or decorated heart cookies. Enjoy together and then deliver some to a local charity the next day.

♥ Host a big/little family open “candy bar” or “cookie bar” in your room!
