GSG Hot Recruitment Tee Trends for Fall
Recently I had the pleasure of interviewing Account Manager, Naydia Mills, at Premier Tier Apparel Sponsor GET SOME GREEK. GSG is your top tier choice for modern, creative, custom chapterwear and cool accessories. I asked Naydia about the company's exciting sorority fashions for fall recruitment and bid day 2017. Be the first to set a new trend on your campus with these insider apparel tips from GSG......
🌻 Think Fashion Forward for Fall 🌻
SS: What are the hottest trends at GSG for recruitment tee shirts and tank tops?
GSG: It’s always so hot during Fall Recruitment, so our flowy tanks are a great choice and they have a beautiful drape for all body types. The high neck tank has also emerged as a light weight flowy option, perfect for fall. Acid wash and mineral wash tees are different and can give you a different look. And there’s always the classic Comfort Colors tanks and tees. They never goes out of style. We’ve also been hearing that cactus is the new pineapple and we completely agree. A unique cactus design on a high neck flowy tank top would definitely set your chapter apart on bid day.
SS: What is the designing, ordering and delivery process like at Get Some Greek?
GSG: Our main focus and priority is to make our client's life easier and less stressful! So the Account Managers (like me) are the single point of contact for our sorority customers from start to finish. We do most of the tedious work like putting together the order form and processing payments so our customers can enjoy the FUN parts of the ordering. We also make every experience personal for our customers. Instead of looking through a catalog and just randomly picking something online, we ask that the Tee Shirt Chair set up a quick phone call with an Account Manager, make a personal connection and then work together to design a completely unique garment that everyone in the sorority will love.
SS: Does GSG do anything to make distribution of apparel easier for a chapter?
GSG: Yes! We offer two different ways to "easily" distribute shirts. You can choose the option of having each shirt individually bagged and labeled with the sister's name and size. Or, you can set set up a link for members to order on their own shirt, then have those orders shipped to the sorority house, or shipped individually to each sister. Both methods eliminate the hassle and confusion of handing out recruitment shirts in a panic.
SS: If a sorority really wants to stand out on bid day, what do you recommend?
GSG: I would say don’t just find a design on Pinterest, but let’s work together on something that is completely UNIQUE for your chapter! In our test lab, we are always rolling out products that have never been done before. Combine that with some original artwork that compliments your bid day theme, add some fun accessories and your sorority will have a completely one-of-a-kind look!
SS: What can you tell me about the trendy, modern brands that GSG uses for imprinting?
GSG: How much time do you have? We literally have HUNDREDS of vendor partners that provide us with styles from the Bohemian music festival look - to the sleek modern high end look - to the traditional southern sorority look. We are most excited about our new Sherpa pullovers for fall. If you love True Grit pullovers, you’re going to love these for your chapter! But we don’t like to give out all our secrets, so connect with an Account Manager to learn about our exclusive product options.
SS: Beyond tee shirts, what other products does GSG customize for recruitment and bid day?
GSG: We can handle everything for your recruitment and bid day, keeping the process simple by working with only one company. We have stylish options for drink wear (including swell style and marble water bottles), necklaces, floral headbands, socks, hats, banners, sunglasses, totes and fanny packs, key fobs, beach towels, croakies and so much more. Whatever you’re looking for, just ask!
SS: What's your #1 priority as an Account Manager for GSG?
GSG: I remember being in college and feeling like I was being pulled in 100 different directions most days. Sorority apparel and merchandise should be a FUN experience, but it can also be stressful to please an entire chapter of women with different styles while maintaining a brand for the chapter on campus. So that’s my #1 priority ~ to help my customers navigate the process by providing great product options at the budget they need, creating original artwork and having fun along the way! ~ Naydia Mills
